Cancellation Policy
Chameleon Confidential Solutions Pty Ltd Services & Professional Engagements Chameleon Confidential Solutions provides professional consultancy, advisory, assessment, training and strategic services that require time allocation, preparation and expertise. As such, refunds for services are managed in accordance with the following principles: General Policy Once a service has commenced, no refunds will be issued for work already delivered or time already allocated, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be considered only where: • The service has not yet commenced, and • A cancellation has been made in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, and • No substantial preparation or resource allocation has already occurred. Prepaid Services & Deposits Where a service has been prepaid or a deposit has been paid: • Deposits are non-refundable once preparation work has commenced • Where a service is cancelled within allowable notice periods, any eligible refund will be calculated after deducting reasonable administrative and preparation costs Failure to Deliver Services If Chameleon Confidential Solutions is unable to deliver an agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, clients will be offered: • A rescheduled session; or • A partial or full refund depending on the nature and timing of the service interruption Compliance with Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where a service has not been provided with due care and skill or is not delivered as agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy as prescribed by law. Our Commitment We are committed to delivering high-quality professional services and managing all refund requests fairly, transparently and with integrity. All refund requests must be submitted via our secure contact form and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
